Season, season and season again

To make the vegan fritters taste good, you should season the carrot mixture well. It is the same as, for example, with the oatmeal patties or lentil patties with pardina lentils. Also, take into account that carrots taste slightly sweet after being baked or fried.

I seasoned my carrot fritters with paprika powder**, nutmeg**, and black pepper. Alternatively, you can use other spices to your taste. Any herbs of your choice can also be added.

Vegan oven baked patties

I have tried and featured numerous vegan fritters recipes. Maybe you have already made some of them.

However, unlike the other vegan patties, such as the mountain lentil fritters or the kidney bean fritters, you don’t prepare these carrot fritters in a pan, but rather bake them in the oven. This way they are not fried in fat and are even healthier.
