Sugar free basil lemonade
My basil lemonade comes without sugar. I sweetened it with agave syrup. Alternatively, you can use maple syrup.
Of course, you can make the basil soda with regular sugar or ready-made sugar syrup**. Brown sugar is also suitable.
Determine the amount of sweetener according to your taste.
Lime juice instead of lemon juice
Instead of lemon juice, you can use lime juice in the recipe. You can also make a delicious basil soda with a mixture of lemon and lime juice.
Depending on how tart you like your drink, you can adjust the amount of lemon juice in the recipe.
