- First, pour lemon juice and vodka over strawberries cut into pieces and let them steep, closed, in a bright place for 7 days.
- After that, strain the strawberry vodka into a sealable bottle and set it aside for now. Mix the strawberries with sugar and let them steep for 3 days.
- Now strain the strawberry syrup, add it to the strawberry vodka and let the strawberry liqueur steep for another 3 days. Finished!

Strawberry liqueur recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries cleaned
- 250 ml vodka
- 130 g sugar
- juice of 1/4 lemon freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Cut strawberries into cubes, put them in a jam or preserving jar, sprinkle them with lemon juice and pour vodka over them. Close the jar, put it in a bright place at room temperature, for example on a window sill, and let it steep for 7 days.
- Pour the strawberry mixture with alcohol through a straining cloth and collect the strawberry vodka in a bottle. Close the bottle and let it rest at room temperature. Put the strawberries from the straining cloth back into the jar, add sugar and stir. Close the jar and let it sit at room temperature in a bright place for 3 days, shaking the jar occasionally to dissolve the sugar and form strawberry syrup.
- Now strain the strawberry syrup into the strawberry vodka in the bottle, stir it, close the bottle and let the strawberry liqueur steep at room temperature in a bright place for another 3 days.
