These oatmeal cookies don’t use any sugar at all. Instead, they are sweetened with honey. This gives them a very special flavor and makes them taste moderately sweet. This makes the cookies healthier than other cookies that contain sugar. But if you’re into pretty sweet cookies, you should add sugar to taste to the dough in addition to honey.
