Lime lemonade
A summer refreshment is the lime soda. It contains little sugar, tastes sour and is very aromatic. You can make the sparkling drink yourself easily and quickly with this lime lemonade recipe.

5 organic limes 5 peppermint leaves or to taste 50 g brown sugar ** or to taste 750 ml sparkling water to serve lime slices peppermint leaves ice cubes
Cut limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
Finely chop mint leaves and add them to the juice.
Add sugar to the lime juice and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the lime juice through a sieve into a water carafe.
Add sparkling water and stir.
Serve the lime lemonade with lime slices, mint leaves and ice cubes.
Non-carbonated mineral water and tap water are also suitable for making the lime lemonade.
You can adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
For a more pronounced mint flavor, use more peppermint leaves.
