  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • approx. 4 tbsp flour
  • vegetable oil for frying

  • 170 g sour cream
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch of black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut zucchini into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Sprinkle with salt, stir gently and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  • Put flour in a bowl.

Preparation of the sauce

  • Peel garlic, press it into sour cream and mix.
  • Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.

  • Pour some vegetable oil into a large frying pan and heat over a medium heat.
  • Pour off the excess juice from the zucchini slices.
  • Roll each zucchini slice lightly in flour on both sides, shaking off the excess flour, and fry the zucchini slices in vegetable oil over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Add vegetable oil as required.
  • Layer the hot zucchini slices on a plate or in a bowl, spreading each layer thinly with the sour cream garlic sauce.
