Stuffed eggs / Russian eggs / Deviled eggs
Russian eggs are a popular finger food, snack or cold appetizer. With this recipe, you can make them yourself. At the top of the post, I also show you how to modify the recipe. The deviled eggs taste hot, spicy and creamy. They are very easy and quick to make.

Servings 10 egg halves
Boil eggs hard in water for 8 - 10 minutes and let them cool.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise into two halves each.
Take out the egg yolks, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Finely crush garlic and add it to the egg yolk mixture.
Add mayonnaise or sour cream to the egg yolk mixture and mix everything, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Pour the yolk mixture into the egg halves with the help of a teaspoon.
Refrigerate the Russian eggs for about 15 minutes.
The amount of garlic can be adjusted to taste.
