No bake wafer cake

Crispy, creamy and so incredibly delicious tastes the wafer cake. It consists of only three ingredients and requires about a quarter of an hour of time and no oven for its preparation. And you can customize the wafer cake to your taste. It's perfect for any occasion – whether it's a weekend tea party with the family, a celebration buffet, or to take on the go. With this recipe you make the no bake wafer cake yourself.

Ingredients

  • 200 g tort wafers (plain wafers)
  • 350 g caramelized sweetened condensed milk room warm
  • 150 g butter room warm

Instructions

  • Beat soft butter for approx. 3 - 5 minutes to a fluffy creamy light mass.
  • Add caramelized sweetened condensed milk in portions and whip briefly each time to a homogeneous cream.
  • Spread each tort wafer sheet evenly (not too thickly) with the cream, except for the last one, so that all the honeycombs are filled with it, and stack the wafer sheets on top of each other, with the sheet without cream coming on top.
  • Place a cutting board or something similar to weigh it down on top of the cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut the wafer cake into square pieces.

Notes

  • For the cream, you can just mix soft butter and caramelized sweetened condensed milk thoroughly without a mixer.
