  • Toast pine nuts and almonds in a pan or in the oven and let them cool.
  • Wash wild garlic, pat dry thoroughly and chop coarsely.
  • Put the wild garlic, pine nuts, almonds, yeast flakes, olive oil and lemon juice in a blender and puree everything.
  • Season the wild garlic pesto with salt and black pepper.

Notes

  • Instead of pine nuts and almonds, you can use any nuts and seeds.
  • Yeast flakes give the vegan wild garlic pesto a cheesy taste. You can also use a vegan parmesan alternative instead.
  • You can adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste.
  • You can season the vegan pesto with different spices.
  • Depending on the desired consistency, you can adjust the amount of olive oil.
