Chocolate bark

Homemade bark of chocolate combines many different flavors, is delicious and looks colorful. You can create your own varieties and eat them yourself or give them away nicely wrapped. Make chocolate bark with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g white chocolate

Instructions

  • Break all the chocolate bars into even, coarse pieces.
  • Arrange the chocolate pieces of different varieties alternately next to each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Melt the chocolate in a preheated oven at 122 °F (50 °C) for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Roughly mix the melted chocolate with a fork to create a pretty pattern.
  • Scatter freeze-dried raspberries and roughly chopped almonds over the warm chocolate and sprinkle with strawberry powder in places.
  • Leave the topped chocolate to set in a cool place and then break it into several larger pieces.

  • Use high-quality, delicious chocolate for the recipe.
  • Instead of white, milk and dark chocolate, you can use just one type.
  • Don't let the chocolate melt at too high an oven temperature, otherwise it could turn gray after hardening.
