Homemade lemon ice cream (egg free)

The homemade lemon ice cream tastes incredibly creamy, smooth, delicate, fresh and delicious. It is a pure refreshment on hot summer days. With this recipe you can make the lemon ice cream yourself with only three ingredients and without egg. This is very easy and without an ice cream maker.

Instructions

  • Whip cream until creamy (not stiff).
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and mix until homogeneous and creamy.
  • Transfer the ice cream mixture to a sealable container and place in the freezer for about 3 hours until firm, stirring vigorously after the first hour.
  • Let the lemon ice cream sit at room temperature for a very short time before serving so it doesn't get hard.
