Chocolate bark with raspberries, almonds and strawberry powder
I made my chocolate bark with dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. It was topped with freeze-dried raspberries, coarsely chopped almonds and homemade strawberry powder.
This makes it taste bitter and sweet at the same time. It also has a fruity and nutty note. Crunchy raspberries, crispy almonds and aromatic strawberry powder create a surprise in the mouth.
