Unique combination

This lemonade tastes uniquely delicious. It owes this to the combination of apricots and rosemary.

Apricots are the main ingredient in the drink. They make it fruity, sweet and aromatic.

Rosemary gives the lemonade a special flavor. It makes it taste slightly spicy. It also provides the drink with an additional enticing scent.

By the way, my elderflower lemonade, rose lemonade and basil lemonade are also particularly aromatic.

Which apricots?

Ripe fresh apricots are best suited for the recipe. Because then they are particularly sweet and aromatic, which is reflected in the taste of the drink.

Thus, the apricot season is the ideal time to make the apricot lemonade yourself. In that time, don’t forget to try also my apricot pound cake, apricot kisses, piroshki with apricots and vegan apricot zefir.

How to make apricot soda

Use different herbs

Instead of rosemary, you can refine the apricot lemonade with other herbs. Try it with basil or thyme, for example.

You don’t need to cook basil. Puree it fresh along with apricots, as I did in the cucumber lemonade recipe with basil.

Just experiment with different herbs of your choice for this lemonade. Afterwards, why not tell me about your successes in a comment.
